Join Nutritionist
& Raw Food Chef Susan Wilson along with 3 guests for a 4-week Raw
Food Lifestyle Change Progam. Classes include: Hand outs, recipes, shopping
lists, and hands on trainging. Each weel we will prepare 7 raw dishes
and take home recipes/ingredient lists needed to make meals for the
week...so you can start feeling great, shed unwanted pounds, and gain
energy. There will be plenty of time for Q & A.
HEALTHENUT LIFESTYLE
PROGRAM OF COMPLETION WILL INCLUDE:
After the 4 week completion,
participants will be well prepared for their new lifestyle and feel
confident in eating and living a Whole Organic Life. Each participant
will get a booklet containing 28 recipes including shopping lists and
tools needed to prepare the raw meals. History
of Whole Organic Live Food, Fundamentals of WOLF, Science of WOLF, Learn
proper food combining, cleansing, and fasting. Learn about the benefits
of smoothies, juicing, and sprouting. Also kitchen equipment needs,
knife skills, and proper use. The good the and the ugly on Oils, Sweeteners,
and Grains, dehydrating, supllements, and their impact on the Whole
Organic Living Food Lifestyle. Cost is $875.00 It will begin again in
APRIL, running 4 consecutive Sundays from 11am until 4 pm. Maximum participants:12.(Minimum
of 4.)
